Kris Aquino wants Annulment | Leaving RP for Good

Television host and actress Kris Aquino will be seeking an annulment of her marriage to basketball player James Yap.Aquino has a child with Yap, 3-year-old Baby James.

Based on the Family Code of the Philippines “no child under 7 years of age shall be separated from the mother, unless the court finds compelling reasons to order otherwise.

Is it true that the President's sister, controversial TV host Kris Aquino, will no longer return to the Philippines? Not likely, according to "Showbiz News Ngayon" host and Aquino's best friend, Boy Abunda.

Abunda said Kris and her children, Joshua and James Yap Jr., will return to Manila at the end of the month.
