Kate Gosslin Canceled - TLC, which at one time rode the huge ratings wave of its reality series Jon & Kate Plus 8 -- especially when husband and wife Jon and Kate Gosselin decided to split up during the show's run and became front-page tabloid fare -- has canceled its post-divorce series Kate Plus 8. The final episode will air Sept. 12.
Here is the network's statement:
"TLC has decided not to renew another season of Kate +8. By the end of this season Kate + 8 will have hit the 150 episode mark (including Jon & Kate + 8); an exceptional milestone. TLC hopes to check in with Kate and the family periodically with specials in the future."
