Tropical Storm Bonnie - system already flooding in Haiti, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico, where a 14 year old boy was killed by drowning in a swollen river caused. In the Dominican Republic, nearly 500 people had been evacuated during the flood destroyed many rice fields.
wind speeds near 35 miles an hour were at the center of the depression recorded only a few minutes.
Now, the Tropical Storm Bonnie is headed towards the Gulf of Mexico where the massive Oil Spill is and the Oil Spill clean up would be affected.
