Philippine Police Torture Video

Watch the video of a snatcher/holdupper who is being tortured inside the police precinct.  Police officials including all his men were already relieved from thier position as this video caused outrage in the philippines.

    Incredible. Absolutely disgraceful. I hope they were charged as well as sacked
