Peachtree Road Race - Weekend

 Peachtree Road Race - Weekend

Traditionally, the less serious runners don funny costumes and show their American spirit during the race. Each year, the fourth of July brings packs of runners to the streets of Atlanta for the AJC Peachtree Road Race. The race is the world's largest 10K, with over 50,000 people participating.
Numerous streets throughout Buckhead and Midtown will be closed Sunday morning for the annual Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race, with one road closure set to begin today.
In addition to the race course, which begins at Lenox Square and goes south down Peachtree to 10th Street, then east on 10th Street to the park, these roads will also be closed Sunday morning.

Have a wonderful Peachtree Road Race this weekend.
