Hayden Kho - License Revoked Permanently
Not just he lost fame, love and all that glitters, Hayden Kho also lost his medical license for good.
The Court of Appeals (CA) on June 29 released its decision to junk Hayden’s petition to reverse the ruling made by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in 2010 to revoked his privilege to practice medicine due to immorality, dishonorable and unethical conduct related to the case filed against him by Katrina Halili over their controversial sex videos.
The Court of Appeals further dismissed Hayden’s contention that the recording and circulation of the video “was concededly not done in relation to the practice of his medical profession”.
The court said a medical practice “is not a natural right but a privilege bestowed by the State on those who show that they possess, and continue to possess, the qualifications required by the conferment of such privilege.
