Though nobody was hurt in the blast. A seventeen-year-old former Hillsdale High School student was arrested with explosive materials in his possession after he was detained by school staff.
Some students reported that the explosion happened outside a room where a sophomore history class was in session. Staff members who witnessed the incident detained the male suspect before officers arrived. His name has not been released.
Due to the sound of explosive, initial reports suggested that there was a gunman on campus, though this turned out not to be the case.
