Who is Ivan Padilla? According to the news, Ivan Padilla is the leader of a notorious car napper gang. It was reported that Ivan Padilla is the youngest car napper  in the Philippines. He was killed on a shoot out in Makati Monday morning. Police says they are still on the hunt of finding out the other members of the group which includes three beautiful ladies and rumors says one of the girls is a sister of an actress. The reason why they does this carnapping is because of drug addiction and failure of their business thats why they engaged in this kind of acts, wherein according to one of the member of their group Leo Francisco car napping is an easy money.
