Ashley Wagner

Ashley Wagner was born on 16th May, 1991 in Heidelberg, Germany (United States Army Garrison). She is considered as a great American “Figure Skater”. Ashley Wagner started skating in “Eagle River, Alaska” when she was only five years old. She is a daughter of Lieutenant colonel Eric Wagner and Melissa Wagner. Her father Eric Wagner was in United States Army but now retired from U.S. Army. She was born in Germany because in those days her father was appointed at “U.S. Army Based in Heidelberg Germany”. Ashley Wagner is American Nationality holder and U.S. Citizen. By profession her mother was a teacher. Ashley Wagner’s younger brother Austin was also a famous skater and his brother participated in different competitions. Ashley Wagner’s height was about: 5 feet 3 inch (1.60 m).
As her father was in army and his posting were not fixed. It was recorded that her family migrated seven times in different areas. However, she joined “Northern Virginia Community college” when she was in Alexandra, Virginia United States.
Ashley Wagner’s mother told that in 1998 she won her first gold medal. In 2002 – 2003 sessions she was selected for “United Sates Junior Figure Skating Championships” and positioned at seventeen. In “regional competition” she was appreciated with a “Silver medal”. She also won a silver medal in 2009s “Rostelecom Cup”. She got ‘Bronze Medal” at “2009 – NHK Trophy”. She replaced many coaches in her skating career.
