Bachelet said early reports were that 16 people had been killed, and "without a doubt, with an earthquake of this magnitude, there will be more deaths.
Chile Earthquake 2010 Video — The 8.8 magnitude earthquake in Chile was really shocking million people including those who live far from country. So far, at least 78 people reported dead and many building severely damage.As I wrote over the past hour, Chile earthquake was happened on the early Saturday. It means, most of the citizens were still in their nice dream. The latest news I got from CNN said that it’s triggering tsunami warnings for the entire Pacific basin.

There is a video that shows interaction between Tilikum and Dawn Brancheau that claims to be just moments before the attack, but that cannot be verified from the video. The Youtube video is included here.
Chances are the video is there and there are some serious negotiations going on behind the scenes to get the highest price. But that is speculation on my part.

Her score should be in within the next minute or two cuz the judges need to review all the vids of the jumps. score coming . Joannie is skating too and she's in 3rd place with one skater to go wow and it's so great and emotional for her. Mirai nagasu who was in 6th place and is a japanese 16 year old from los angeles is the final skater. Im sure she's going to be the next olympic champ and from the u.s.a. she's so good and what a story about her life.

Akio Toyoda (è±Šç”°ç« ç”· Toyoda Akio, born May 3, 1956 in Nagoya) is the president and CEO of Toyota Motor Corporation and is a grandson of founder Kiichiro Toyoda. He is the eldest son of Shoichiro Toyoda.

Toyoda is scheduled to hold a press conference in Tokyo today to speak on quality and the progress of the recall of the Prius hybrid, the company said Feb. 15. He has met twice with reporters in Japan to apologize for the recall of 8.5 million vehicles worldwide.
Bill Ford said he hasn’t offered advice to Toyoda, who is the grandson of Toyota’s founder and became president last year. Bill Ford, 52, said he and Toyoda, 53, have come to know each other during the Toyota executive’s visits to the U.S. The two share the same birthday, May 3.
Early Sunday, Rochette's mother, Therese, died of a massive heart attack just a few hours after arriving in Vancouver to watch her daughter compete. The Canadian star still plans to skate, and was at practice in the afternoon after spending time at the Olympic village with her father, Normand.
Rochette considered her mother an important part of her skating training. She asked her mother to visit her training at least once a week to push her.
"My mom, who was always close to me, took more distance from my skating for the last couple of years,'' Rochette wrote in 2008. "I was missing her input and support as well as her approach to getting more and more solid with my elements.
"She has always been the most critical person about my skating, pushing me harder to improve.
"Even if it requires quite a big deal of humility at 22 to admit you need more of your mother, I expressed it and she drives from home to St-Leonard once a week to come to supervise with her unique eyes my training.''
Joannie Rochette Vancouver 2010 – A gutsy heart felt performance by Joannie Rochette who held her nerve for three incredible minutes, brought a lump to the throat of everyone who watched her performance in the Olympic ice skating competition.
The Canadian star stole the show after dissolving into tears following a near faultless performance just two days after her mother’s sudden death. It leaves the skater in third place at the half way stage. The six time Canadian champion left all her troubles behind her for the three minute routine of her sultry performance to La Cumparsita.
The crowd at Pacific Coliseum was cheering for Joannie Rochette the moment she traded hand-slaps with her coach and skated onto the ice. From that moment on, she must have felt their warm embrace, their goodwill and their sympathy.
She has won a gold in canadians hearts, she was amazing, her short program was flawless, she was skating for her mother and it was truly a very heart warming homage!!!

The bombshell is just now starting to sink in. And now there are images of the giant rock hat Comrie bought for his future bride. Let’s just say he’s going to be playing hockey until his knees are gravy.
Hilary Duff shows off her huge engagement sparkler at the Four Seasons Hotel in Maui, Hawaii on Friday (February 19).
The 22-year-old actress got engaged last week while on vacation with the love of her life, hockey player Mike Comrie. He got down on one knee and popped the question to Hilary on the balcony on their hotel.
While the ring looks like a miniature planet on her finger, it didn't come cheap. E! News is reporting that Comrie dished out nearly $1 million US for the 14-karat, Radiant-cut sparkler in Las Vegas.
It isn't the couple's only splurge. According to E! News, they are in the process of purchasing a $10 US million home in Beverly Hills.
Comrie previously bought Duff a $100,000 US Mercedes for her 20th birthday. He must get a nice paycheque from the Oilers -- although being an heir to The Brick empire probably helps, too!
