Penn State freshman Joe (Joseph) Dado, reported missing and last seen leaving a Phi Gamma Delta frat party at 3 am on Sunday, was found dead by a repairman. Joe Dado / joseph dado, joe dado dead, joe dado found dead, joe dado penn state, onward state,which are two buildings located on the Pennsylvania State University campus earlier today. Joe Dado was apparently drunk on Sunday after a party at Phi Gamma Delta which caused him to lose balance and fall 15 feet to his death near a mechanical room outside Hosler building.
