Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry was seriously injured in a car accident in North Carolina on Wednesday afternoon.

The Bengals confirmed Wednesday that wide receiver Chris Henry has been in a car accident in which he suffered "very serious," injuries in Charlotte, N.C.
Henry, who has been on injured reserve since Nov. 9 with a dislocated forearm, is in the city of his girlfriend's parents.
Bengal team spokesman Jack Brennan had this to say about Henry:
“We are aware he was in an accident and that his injuries are very serious. We are obviously staying in touch with the situation and are ready to offer whatever assistance we can.”
Very sad, hopefully he will come out of this alright. Much too young.
