"I have a sex scene in this film and that's never comfortable," she says in the new issue of Esquire (out Jan. 19). "You think, 'Oh, this is going to be so awkward.' But this scene isn't supposed to be a steamy one -- it's sort of tragic. ... I'm pretty much crying in it."
(In the same Esquire is a long interview with Rod Blagojevich with some classic lines, including: "I'm blacker than Barack Obama.")
Meanwhile, in other Lively news: She is set to join the cast of the Green Lantern, opposite Ryan Reynolds, reports Variety. Filming begins in March for a June 2011 release date.
